Convert <textarea> field to WYSIWYG editor

If you already installed xinha, open a html page with a <textarea> field.
e.g.

<html>
<head>
    <title>text area</title>
</head>
<body>
<textarea style="width:500; height:300"></textarea>
</body>
</html>

Simply right click in the <textarea> and click Open Xinha Here. The <textarea> is now your wysiwyg edito.
