this is the current system, I can describe it as a semi-computerized system since not all processes are computerized. Actually, we are not going to build an enrollment system, but we were asked to create a Data Flow Diagram of the current enrollment system.

This is computerized but not all processes.
In Level 0, computerized processes are processes 2.0, 3.0, 5.0 & 9.0.
